I don’t even know why I fucking bother.
You can’t really depend on anybody else but yourself. I hate self-centered people the most.

Pretty simple. Air Max 90 pretty please! :)
Scenario: We’re currently studying for finals and we’re studying in a study room. Both of our phones are dying, so we plugged in our phones to my laptop.
My phone has a USB cover. You have to use your nail to pop it out. I recently got my nails done…
Me: *trying to pop USB cover open*
Me: haha! Lisa can you pop this open, my nails are too thick! Ugh! >:(
Lisa: oh hahahha!! Alright…
Me: look how thick that is! *shows Lisa a side view of my nails.* I hate this!
Lisa: that’s good! I like mine thick tho!!
Me: *pauses* BWAHAHANNANAHAHAHHABBABBBbhahhabbaba!!!!
Lisa: what?! *pauses. Realizes* oh my god Leslie! Get your head outta the gutter!!!!
Get your mind out of the gutter!!!! LOL

equal rights were actually equal. It would be so much better for everyone.
A world-wide known phrase from the Declaration of Independence of the United States of America.
Philosopher Richard Cumberland wrote in 1672 that “promoting the well-being of our fellow is essential to the pursuit of our own happiness.”
It’s in the Declaration of Independence that we, as the citizens of the United States of America, have the right to pursue happiness. The forefathers of this country fought for Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. However, North Carolina thinks otherwise.
For those who are uneducated about this issue: North Carolina passed Amendment 1. It’s purpose is to ban same sex marriage. The measure defines that marriage is between a man and a woman. It prohibits “domestic legal union” or “domestic partnership” between a man and a man, or a woman and a woman. Keep in mind that First Cousin and Polygamy is legal in this state.
My argument: How is First Cousin marriage and Polygamy justified? How does the first amendment passed by the office of North Carolina defy what is right and what is wrong? It clearly states in the Declaration of Independence that the citizens of the United States have the right to pursue happiness. If this is the land of the free… then doesn’t the first amendment discriminate homosexuals? Who would’ve thought that oppression exist in a Capitalist country. A country who, throughout history, has attempted multiple times to eradicate Communism, which in simplest terms, mean an oppressive country.
Doesn’t this amendment wrongfully take natural born rights from homosexuals?

First and foremost, I GOT INTO FITNS 331 BOOTCAMP CLASS! Hello healthy and tonier body :) Oh yeah, I always preferred intense workouts over yoga and all that chill kinda shit.
Second, I only need 1 more pre-req, which is Medical Terminology, class before I qualify for the Vocational Nursing Program. Yay to confirming the Filipino stereotype! haha!
Third, I’m in the wait list for Bio but I’m seat 6, so I’m pretty sure that’s guaranteed in!
I know I’ve said many times that I’m so over school, but looking at this schedule brings me closer to my dreams of getting into the Nursing Program!
Let’s go fucking do this! WHOOO!
Day 1: Monday
One day of not having Facebook EQUALS a huge amount of work being done. Although I was contemplating in logging in a couple of times, I was happy that I didn’t. I chose to control myself and constantly reminded myself that I need to finish the semester strong with good grades. :)
Haven’t had a Facebook account for a month now. My life is a lot different. I’m not so angry anymore. I realized that I have so much anger because of the the stupid shit I read on Facebook. My life is a lot less drama free because deactivating my Facebook has allowed me to completely burn all my bridges with Stockton people who still live as if they’re still in high school.
I’m a lot more focused on school and the workload that comes with it. Life is so much better!
People don’t realize it, but their lives are centered around their Facebook accounts. It’s like all day they are in front of it. Without having Facebook, I realized which “friends” are there for me and which “friends” are there for the gossip.
